Ms. Pratibha Jha is the Principal Architect and Partner at SnJ Associates.
Prior to joining SnJ Associates, Ms. Jha was Director Design - South West Asia at Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG). In her 3-year tenure at IHG, she was responsible for the review & approval of all Design and was involved in several Intercontinental, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn projects pan-India. She was closely involved with the launching of the Holiday Inn Express brand in India.
Ms. Jha worked as Senior Manager Design at the Taj Group (Indian Hotels Company Ltd.) where she was involved with various prestigious Taj projects in India and abroad.
From 1997-2007 Ms. Jha was Senior Associate at A Sharma Associates, a reputed hospitality design firm in New Delhi. She had worked with the same firm earlier from 1992-1995 as Architect. As the Head of Design she helped in the rapid growth of the firm into a very respected design firm. She acquired invaluable experience in hospitality Design, Coordination, Management and overall project implementation. The list of projects include several hotels for the Marriott, Radisson, Country Inn & Suites by Carlson, Park Plaza and so on.
Ms. Jha had worked as Senior Architect at Spazzio Design Architecture Pvt. Ltd. from 1995-1997. She headed the design team on various Commercial, Residential, Industrial and Hospitality projects during her tenure.
She did her Architectural Internship at Raj Rewal Associates.
She has a Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch.) degree from Bengal Engineering College, Calcutta University and is a Member of the Council of Architecture.
